A full-fledged Engineering Office has been set up and located on the 2nd floor at our main Fabrication Yard in Vung Tau City, Vietnam. It is well equipped with a Library of Engineering Codes & Standards and Computer Aided Design/Engineering facilities with a variety of software such as HYSYS, AVEVA PDMS (including MDS, PSI, and PDMS review), SACS 5.3, BOCAD, Tekla Structure, CAESARII, PVElite, CADwork 2009, ETAP, INTOOLS, AutoCAD 2010 etc.
We have more than 300 experienced engineers and designers working across all disciplines from Process, Structural, Piping & Plant Layout, PDMS to Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation. We have also built close working relationships with major Engineering Contractors/Third party specialists in the region to enable critical resources and expertise to be available when required.

In order to achieve our set goals, PTSC M&C has, through many years, matured in procurement/logistics knowledge as well as developed extensive experience on pricing, material lead time, customs declaration/clearance procedures, etc.
Moreover, our worldwide network of valued vendors has also been strongly maintained, which in many cases benefit us a lot from the initial Request for Information (RFI) to the final delivery. As a result, we are able to procure quality materials at the right price with optimal schedule.

PTSC M&C operates its main fabrication yard located at the PTSC Downstream Port in Vung Tau City, situated in the southern part of Vietnam. This location is the primary oil and gas service hub in Vietnam.

This location is the primary oil and gas service hub in Vietnam. Covering an expansive area of over 200 hectares, PTSC Downstream Port serves as a complex that houses supply bases, offices, and construction yards for numerous oil & gas operators and service contractors. The port is equipped with a modern seaport, providing convenient access both by land and sea.
With a comprehensive and efficient investment strategy, PTSC M&C's main fabrication yard spans over 30 hectares. It is well-organized systematically and equipped with state-of-the-art construction infrastructures. The yard features three skidways capable of supporting the fabrication and load-out of single components weighing up to 25,000 tons. Additionally, PTSC M&C is able to mobilize and utilize satellite yards in the vicinity within the PTSC Downstream Port, covering up to 60 hectares.

Through the successful execution of EPCIC projects, PTSC M&C has accumulated extensive experience in managing and organizing offshore activities, including transportation, installation, hookup, commissioning, and brownfield modifications. PTSC M&C places a strong emphasis on closely and regularly managing interfaces and exchanging information among the involved parties. This is considered a key element to ensure a harmonious, safe, quality-compliant, and timely completion of high-risk offshore operations. To date, PTSC M&C has successfully implemented various offshore installation methods, including float-over, launching, and lifting, in different geographical regions.
PTSC M&C has established a sustainable network with major installation and transportation partners worldwide, demonstrating the ability to manage risks and provide diverse installation activities for various offshore structures. The transportation and installation fleets database, together with its availability, is regularly updated and analyzed, allowing PTSC M&C to evaluate and propose the most optimal solutions that saves both cost and time to clients.
