Mr. Vu Van Luong - PM Baltica 2 giving a speech
On behalf of the project team, Mr. Vu Van Luong expressed his sincere gratitude to our client, Ørsted, for their continuous support, close collaboration, and valuable contributions in establishing a safe and efficient working environment for the project. The trust and cooperation from Ørsted have been a major driving force enabling PTSC M&C to continuously improve its Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management, aiming for the goal of "Zero Accidents”.
This achievement would not have been possible without the silent yet invaluable contributions of the entire workforce of PTSC M&C and PVMS – dedicated and resilient individuals who always place safety as the top priority in every aspect of their work. From field workers and operating engineers to project management staff, everyone has demonstrated discipline, professionalism, and unity toward a shared goal.
Baltica 2 is not only a strategically important project, but also a symbol of the excellent safety culture that PTSC M&C has been upholding and strengthening. This culture is not simply about complying with regulations, but about fostering self awareness and personal responsibility in every action – from the smallest task to the most critical operation.
