The Commercial Officer is responsible for:
- Estimating the costs for bidding/ proposal works,
- Administering the project cost and cashflows in Company’s projects,
- Carrying out procurement actvities in Company’s projects.
1. Building up the cost for bidding/ proposal works for Company’s projects
2. Administering the payment requests to Clients and forecasting the received amount from Clients
3. Administering the payment release to Subcontractors/ Vendors and forecasting the released amount to Subcontractors/ Vendors
4. Consulting Company/ Project Management Board for achieving non-negative cash flow in projects
5. Carrying out procurement actvities including renting manpower, purchasing equipment, materials and services,... where assigned by Department and Company.
6. Coordinating with other disciplines in performing related tasks
7. Carrying out other tasks of Department when assigned by Department
8. Carrying out other tasks when assigned by Company

Yêu cầu :
- Bachelor degree from an accredited university, in Commercial field or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience
- Good English skills
- Good at Microsoft Office suite, preferably good at Excel
