Position Title Marketing & Business Development Officer
Role Summary/Purpose
The Marketing & Business Development Officer is responsible for:
Market research, customer relationship management, and participate in cross-functional business development initiatives.
Organizing and leading the tendering/ bidding activities for Company’s Oil and Gas projects
Essential Responsibilities 1. Performing, consulting Company Director and receiving instructions about:
Business cooperation: assessing and developing strategic business cooperations within Vietnam and international.
Branding: organizing and performing advertisement, public & customer relationship management, exhibits/ events, commercial exchanges/ promotion, management, developing Company’s brand.
Services development:
▪ Establishing and implementing new forms of services;
▪ Developing existing forms of services to higher levels.
2. Organizing and carrying out all tendering/ bidding activities for Company’s projects (Company as a tenderer/ bidder). The process ranges from pre-qualifcation, tendering/ bidding, clarifications, negotiations, Contract signing and assisting project team in implementing the projects.
3. Coordinating with other disciplines in performing related tasks
4. Carrying out other tasks of Department when assigned by Department Manager
5. Carrying out other tasks when assigned by Company’s Director
Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor degree from an accredited university, in Technical or Commercial field.
At least 2 years experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
Excellent English skills
Good writing and oral communication (both in English and Vietnamese language)
Demonstrated IT application skills (MS Office suite - Work, Excel and PowerPoint)
Desired Characteristics Diligent, disciplined and able to work under pressure.
