Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation and support to customers regarding the company's products/services.
• Handle requests, inquiries, and complaints from customers in a professional and efficient manner.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers through various communication channels.
• Assist in creating and maintaining customer databases.

Qualifications/Special Skills:

• Experience in consulting or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Solid knowledge of the company's products/services.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solving skills.
