A delegation of high ranking officers led by Brunei’s Minister of Energy Mr. Pehin Yasmin and Mr. Dato Paduka Matsatejo Bin Sokiaw – CEO of the Brunei National Petroleum Company (Petroleum Brunei), paid a working visit to Vietnam Ministry of Industry and Trade, PetroVietnam and its subsidiaries during the last five days of February 2013. On 28th February, PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) warmly hosted a reception for the delegation at its fabrication yard in Vung Tau City.
At the meeting, PTSC’s representative made a presentation briefly introducing its core services and experience levels achieved till date. Over 20 years of development, PTSC has positioned itself to be one of the leading technical service providers in Vietnam and heading to gain a strong foothold in regional and global market, PTSC’s representative highlighted.
The Brunei delegation expressed their impression on the corporation so-far achievements and suggested both parties boost cooperation in the field of oil and gas technical services. PTSC’s Deputy General Director, Mr. Phan Thanh Tung emphasized that possessing the current available resources coupled with its technical and operational competencies, PTSC would be very interested in having opportunities to do business with Brunei companies.
