HAI SU TRANG - HAI SU DEN EN - ROUTE TO THEIR LOCATION OFFSHORE VIETNAM

Hai Su Trang (HST) and Hai Su Den (HSD) Fields are located in block 15 - 2/01, 120 kilometers offshore Vietnam

The interconnecting pipeline system bridging these two fields is nine (09) kilometers long and the other three - kilometer -tie-in -pipeline system with the Te Giac Trang (TGT) H1 Platform of Hoang Long JOC in block 16 - 1 is also in place. In continuation of successful completion of the onshore fabrication work, the HST and HSD Topsides continued their journey to the destined locations in the Cuu Long Basin.

On 23 April 2013, the offshore installation campaign of HST and HSD Topsides was completed. First oil production from HST and HSD development was announced by TLJOC on 19 May 2013 and 16 June 2013 respectively.

HST-HSD Project Spotlight:

*        The EPCI contract for the provision of detailed engineering, procurement, construction, transportation and installation, offshore hook - up and commissioning for HST and HSD Platforms with the total weight of approximately 9,000 tons was signed between PTSC M&C and Thang Long JOC on 12 July 2012;

*        Detailed engineering for HSD Topsides was successfully carried out by PTSC M&C and Marine Engineering Services (MESPL) at PTSC M&C’s Engineering Office in Vung Tau City.

*        The project achieved 1,000,000 man - hours without any LTI (lost time incident) in September 2012 and reached 2,000,000 safe manhours in January 2013.
