GPP CA MAU PROJECT – A STRIDE TOWARDS ONSHORE SEGMENT

(30/3/2017)

Despite the turmoil of falling oil price that leads to the shrinking petroleum service market, PTSC M&C has continued conducting new service development activities in addition to its concerted efforts and synchronous solutions implemented to navigate through market challenges. In particular, PTSC M&C has ventured more into onshore fields, and the award of its work-scope in the GPP Ca Mau Project (the Project) has represented the company’s enthusiasm, solidarity and great spirit towards its objectives.

After four months of execution and with 4,000 manhour spent without LTI, PTSC M&C successfully completed the onshore pre-commissioning activities for 1,050 instruments, F&G, telecom signals, etc. for the Project. Besides, the company deployed the 22kV high-tension and carried out the pre-commission for GPP main equipment such as: gas compressors, MCC panel for high pressure pumps and so on. PTSC M&C’s work-scope in the Project were completed in March 2017 with high recognition from the Client and Main contractor in terms of quality, safety and delivery schedule.
