PTSC M&C fabrication yard is strategically located along the coastline of Vung Tau city, a dominant oil and gas hub playing a very key role in the South East economic zone of Vietnam.

Thorough investment has been made in upgrading and equipping our yard with a wide-range of facilities encompassing cranes of varied sizes capable of handling heavy lift (up to 1,200-ton capacity) or over-size structures, three skid-ways which are able to accommodate 10,000, 20,000 and 25,000 ton objects, as well as other supporting equipment. Our yard currently can handle on average 50,000 tons per year.

What partly differentiates the today-PTSC M&C from the past-PTSC M&C lies in our recent improvement in our productivity. Particularly, we are now able to fabricate some critical parts of jackets (even for topsides) in the covered workshops which helps reduce the adverse impacts of bad weather and support our clients’ projects better.

Along with investment in tools and equipment, we have also built up our manpower with qualified and skillful workers. Our workforce is annually trained through various courses and supervised by internationally qualified supervisors at the fabrication yard.

With those on-hand fabrication capabilities, PTSC M&C now are able to support our clients in any major onshore and offshore development inside and outside Vietnam.
